PROCESSING AND AGING
Long maceration of 30 days at 25 ° C. It completes the malolactic fermentation and the subsequent refinement on the fine lees, in thermo-conditioned steel vats in order to enhance the aromatic component typical of the grape.
Color: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: slightly spicy with hints of very ripe red fruit.
Taste: structured, warm and persistent.
