Filieri Rosso Cannonau di Sardegna 2021
Vineyards owned by the winery, trained using guyot and sapling methods, on calcareous clay soils, approximately 300 meters above sea level in the "Filieri" area.
Following the manual harvest of the grapes, the bunches are destemmed, pressed and mashed, with fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for about two weeks. The refinement lasts a month and takes place in large French oak barrels. It then ends for six months in concrete tanks and a month in the bottle before being released on the market.
Color: ruby red.
Bouquet: aromas of ripe fruit with light vanilla aroma.
Taste: soft and savory.
Excellent with dishes based on tasty meat sauces, spit-roasted lamb and grilled meats. Perfect to accompany medium and long matured cheeses.
