PROCESSING
Fermentation occurs with a long maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature between 25/28 degrees. Aged for 12 months in tonneaux and 2 months in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet: intense vinosity and typical Cannonau smell.
Taste: it is broad and velvety.
COMBINATIONS
Exceptional for roasts and game, it goes well with typical Sardinian cheeses.
