PROCESSING AND AGING
Fermentation takes place with a long maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature between 25/28 degrees. Aging for 12 months in tonneaux and 2 months in the bottle.
Color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet: intense vinosity and typical smell of cannonau.
Taste: it is broad and velvety.
Exceptional for roasts and game, it goes well with typical Sardinian cheeses.
