PROCESSING AND AGING
Red vinification with maceration of the skins in the must for 8/10 days in stainless steel containers, at a controlled temperature of about 24 ° C. It matures for 6 months in used oak barrels and for another 6 months in vitrified cement vats, final refinement in the bottle.
Color: ruby red with violet reflections
Bouquet: intense aromas of red fruit and flowers such as violets, spicy nuances.
Taste: fresh and delicately tannic, pleasantly soft and savory, intense and fine in aromas.
Ideal to accompany any meat-based second course, also excellent with ground first courses.
