Vineyards owned by the winery located in Sanluri and surrounding areas.

PROCESSING
Destemming-crushing, fermentation in steel at a temperature of 25°C and maceration for 7 days, soft pressing. Maturation in 2nd passage barriques for 12 months and 2 months of refinement in the bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Ruby red with orange reflections
Nose: inviting nose, flowers and red fruits emerge, sweet resin finish
Taste: Good drinkability and freshness, soft and floral tannins

COMBINATIONS
Wine suitable for all dishes, from tasty appetizers to first courses, it goes well with semi-mature cheeses.
