PROCESSING
This wine was born from experiments in the vineyard and in the cellar, designed to reveal the hidden character of Carignano del Sulcis. Through white vinification carried out in steel at low temperatures, followed by a 6-month refinement on the fine lees with almost daily batonnage, a unique wine of its kind is born. All protected from oxygen, to avoid the oxidation of the floral and balsamic aromas released by the grapes.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: yellow with coppery reflections.
Perfume: intense aromas of white flowers with balsamic nuances.
Taste: lively, good flavor and freshness. Notes of eucalyptus and medicinal herbs. The finish is persistent.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies seafood and shellfish dishes, fish crudités, sushi and sashimi.
