PROCESSING AND AGING
Red vinification. Maceration lasts about 14 days at a controlled temperature of around 24 ° C. Aging for at least 12 months in first, second and third passage oak barrels. This is followed by a refinement in a cement vat for one year and in the bottle until it is marketed.
Color: Garnet red with violet reflections.
Bouquet: Refined combination of red grape fruits and wood toasting.
Taste: Dry and soft, with good persistence.
It goes well with meat main courses.
