Red winemaking. Maceration lasts approximately 14 days at a controlled temperature of around 24°C. Aging for at least 12 months in first, second and third passage oak barriques. This is followed by refinement in cement tanks for a year and in bottles until marketing.
Color: Garnet red with violet reflections.
Perfume: Refined combination of the red fruits of the grape and the toasting of the wood.
Taste: Dry and soft, with good persistence.
It goes well with meat second courses.
