PROCESSING AND AGING
After a short cold maceration of the grapes, fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature, 15-18 days at 23 ° C. Aging on the fine lees for a natural stabilization of the wine.

Bouquet: intense with slight vegetal notes typical of the grape.
