PROCESSING
Cold maceration of the crushed grapes for 12 hours and subsequent soft pressing. The free-run must is cold decanted and the clean fraction sent to fermentation conducted by selected yeasts at a temperature of 12°C.

Nose: decidedly aromatic, the nose offers a broad and rich bouquet, characterized by honeyed and spicy notes.
Taste: sweet and balanced.
