Color: purple red, intense and translucent.
Perfume: The nose is intense and persistent, with notes of vanilla and black cherry.
Taste: great intensity and persistence of aromas, good freshness and flavor, lively but pleasant tannins.
COMBINATIONS
It is an excellent aperitif and can be a worthy accompaniment to land appetizers, medium-aged cheeses but also red meats.
