Nieddera Maluentu 2018 Contini

ALCOHOL CONTENT 13.5%

PROCESSING AND AGING
The maceration of the skins lasts for eight to ten days, followed by soft pressing and the completion of the alcoholic fermentation. Once vinification is complete, it matures in vitrified cement vats, steel vats and, to a lesser extent, in exhausted barriques, before final refinement in the bottle. Aging in steel and bottle for a few months.
Color: purple red, intense and translucent.
Bouquet: The nose is intense and persistent, with notes of vanilla and black cherry.
Taste: great intensity and persistence of aromas, good freshness and flavor and a lively but pleasant tannicity.
It is an excellent aperitif and can well accompany land appetizers, medium-aged cheeses but also red meat.
