ORIGIN
Vineyards located at 350 meters above sea level, in the Conca Sa Raighina area (Monti).
PROCESSING
Harvest at the end of October with grapes affected by noble rot. Destemming and maceration on the skins for at least 24 hours, followed by subsequent soft pressing and cleaning of the must. Fermented at a controlled temperature, refined on fine lees after fermentation in steel tanks.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense golden yellow
Aroma: hints of dried fruit.
Taste: mineral, intense, long and persistent taste.
COMBINATIONS
Passito di Vermentino Tani is a sweet wine perfect to accompany typical Sardinian desserts and blue cheeses. Excellent as a companion for reading and relaxing.
