PROCESSING AND AGING
Harvest at the end of October with grapes attacked by noble molds. Destemming and maceration on the skins for at least 24 hours, followed by soft pressing and cleaning of the must. Ferments at a controlled temperature, refines on fine lees after fermentation in steel vats.
Color: intense golden yellow
Bouquet: hints of dried fruit.
Taste: mineral, intense and persistent taste.
Perfect with desserts.
