ORIGIN
Vineyards located right near the winery, grown using the espalier system with spurred cordon and Guyot pruning, on calcareous soils rich in clay.
PROCESSING
Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and mechanically pressed. Fermentation takes place in steel at a temperature of 25 °C. Maceration lasts 10 days, after which the grapes are subjected to soft pressing. Finally, maturation takes place in 2nd passage barriques for 10 months.

Perfume: inviting on the nose, beautiful intensity, notes of Mediterranean scrub, myrtle and mastic with a balsamic finish
Taste: satisfying sip, freshness, lively drinkability, explosive flavour
COMBINATIONS
Su Diterra is a red wine excellent as an aperitif with typical cured meats. At the table we recommend trying it with the typical 'cordula' stew with olives. It pairs perfectly with red meat dishes but also with first courses with important condiments.
