ORIGIN
Vineyards trained as saplings in the "Acquasassa" area, owned by the winery, whose soils are rich in limestone and clay.
PROCESSING
Vinification with soft pressing and natural decantation of the must at low temperatures. It ferments in steel vats at 13°C for a consumption of 2° Babo per day. Stop on the fine lees for a short period, for a natural stabilization of the wine.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume: fruity, with delicate citrus notes.
Taste: fresh, with mineral sensations.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif with seafood and land starters, raw and seafood first courses typical of Sardinian cuisine, as well as soft cheeses.
