PROCESSING
White vinification. The clear must ferments at controlled temperatures around 15 °C for about 20 days. It ages for a month on its noble lees acquiring greater intensity of aromas and structure. The refinement then continues in steel until bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: bright straw yellow.
Perfume: fragrance reminiscent of citrus fruits and white flowers.
Taste: dry, soft on the palate, medium bodied.
COMBINATIONS
Benas is a white aperitif, which pairs well with seafood, shellfish and fish-based dishes in general.
