ORIGIN

Most suitable vineyards in the Surrau valley, soils resulting from granite disintegration, tending towards sandy, Arzachena (OT).

PROCESSING

Obtained from only hand-harvested Vermentino grapes, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 15-18°C. Bottled young, it maintains the minerality and freshness typical of Vermentino di Gallura.

CHARACTERISTICS

Colour: straw yellow, bright with greenish reflections.
Aroma: intense with fruity and mineral notes.
Taste: long and persistent flavour, savoury and intense.

COMBINATIONS

Ideal as an aperitif, excellent when paired with seafood, first and second courses of fish.
