CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow, golden reflections, brilliant.
Nose: Wide, intense, notes of grapes, exotic fruit, hints of green pepper.
Taste: Dry, full and warm, balanced and harmonious. Good structure, particularly fine, pleasantly bitter in the mouth.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent together with light first courses, for example a seafood risotto, or stewed and roasted fish. Also perfect combined with sweet Sardinian pecorino DOP cheese.
