Selection of the best Vermentino grapes from the most suitable vineyards in the Surrau valley, Arzachena.
PROCESSING
After a brief contact of the skins with the must, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 16/18 degrees, where it will evolve for a few months in contact with its fine lees.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume: intense bouquet with fruity, floral and Mediterranean scrub notes.
Taste: soft, long and persistent, with vegetal hints and mineral notes.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal in combination with seafood cuisine, but also with white meats, fresh and soft cheeses.
