PROCESSING AND AGING
The grapes are picked and quickly transported to the adjacent wine-making rooms, where they are subjected to soft pressing and the flower must sent for alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts, in special stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, it matures in steel for five months, in contact with the peel of its own yeasts, before the final refinement in the bottle.
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: Good olfactory intensity, citrus note, flowers and tropical fruit stand out.
Taste: It stands out for its pleasant sapidity and pleasant freshness accompanied by fruity notes.
Excellent with appetizers and seafood first courses, to try on linguine with vegetables and saffron.
