PROCESSING AND AGING
The bunches, selected during the harvest, are gently de-stemmed, crushed and pressed, to then carry out the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, where they remain to refine for a period of 7 months.
Color: Rather intense straw yellow, with greenish reflections, brilliant
Bouquet: Good intensity and persistence with floral and vegetable scents. Notes of herbs, wildflowers and tomato leaves
Taste: Warm and soft, thanks to the consistent structure. Aromatic pleasantness is found with a persistent floral finish
It is suitable as an aperitif and with many seafood dishes, especially mixed grills, shellfish and seafood.
