GRAPES Vermentino
ABV 12.5%
ORIGIN
Vineyards grown using the espalier system with Guyot pruning, on clayey soils with the presence of limestone, Sanluri.
PROCESSING
The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and gently pressed once they arrive at the winery to obtain the free-run must. After decanting, the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in stainless steel for at least 5 months on its lees before bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Good olfactory intensity, citrus notes, flowers and tropical fruit stand out.
Taste: It is characterised by a pleasant flavour and a pleasant freshness accompanied by fruity notes.
COMBINATIONS
Su'Imari is a perfect white wine for an aperitif, especially when paired with well-seasoned crostini and canapés. At the table, it pairs well with seafood appetizers, seafood and vegetable first courses, as well as seafood main courses and mild cheeses.
