ORIGIN
Vineyards grown with espalier and Guyot pruning, on clayey soils with the presence of limestone, Sanluri.
PROCESSING
Manual harvest of the grapes, which once arrived in the cellar are subjected to destemming-crushing, and soft pressing to obtain the free-run must. Following decantation, the must is started to alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 °C in steel containers. Always refined in steel for at least 5 months on its yeasts, before bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Good olfactory intensity, citrus note, flowers and tropical fruit stand out.
Taste: It is characterised by a pleasant flavour and a pleasant freshness accompanied by fruity notes.
COMBINATIONS
Su'Imari is a white wine perfect for an aperitif, especially if accompanied by well-seasoned crostini and canapés. At the table, it pairs well with seafood appetizers, seafood and vegetable first courses, but also seafood second courses and slightly matured cheeses.
