ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, grown using the espalier system with Guyot pruning, on clayey soils with the presence of limestone, Marmilla.
PROCESSING
Destemming and crushing, followed by maceration for 4-5 hours in the press, soft pressing, decantation of the must and fermentation at a temperature of 16° C in steel.
It matures in steel for at least 6 months on its yeasts, with periodic batonnage.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Bright pink with purple reflections.
Aroma: inviting, citrus note of grapefruit, distinct notes of strawberry and raspberry.
Taste: enveloping on the palate, pleasant freshness and flavour.
COMBINATIONS
Nina Rosé is a versatile rosé wine that pairs well with both appetizers and seafood first courses, and is a must-try with scampi risotto.
