ORIGIN
Vineyards located right near the cellar, trained in counter-espalier with spurred cordon and Guyot pruning, on calcareous soils, rich in clay.
PROCESSING
Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and pressed mechanically. Fermentation takes place in steel at a temperature of 25 °C. Maceration lasts 10 days, after which the grapes are subjected to soft pressing. Finally, maturation takes place in 2nd passage barriques for 10 months.

Colour: ruby red with purple reflections, great clarity
Nose: inviting on the nose, beautiful intensity, notes of Mediterranean scrub, myrtle and mastic with a balsamic finish
Taste: satisfying sip, freshness, lively drinkability, explosive flavor
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif with a plate of typical cured meats, to try with the typical 'cordula' stewed with olives. It pairs perfectly with red meat dishes but also with important first courses.
