PROCESSING
The vinification of Falconaro involves destemming-crushing and subsequent fermentation for approximately 10 days in contact with the skins at a temperature of 26°C. Upon racking, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in vitrified concrete tanks.

Color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet: intense and enveloping with hints of undergrowth.
Taste: velvety, intense and persistent.
