PROCESSING AND AGING
The vinification of Falconaro involves the removal-crushing and subsequent fermentation for about 10 days in contact with the skins at a temperature of 26 ° C. After racking, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in vitrified concrete tanks.
Color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet: intense and enveloping with hints of undergrowth.
Taste: velvety, intense and persistent.
Ideal to accompany first courses of land, but also grilled red meats and tasty cheeses.
