PROCESSING
Manual harvesting of intact grapes, bunch sorting, soft destemming, berry sorting, cold pre-fermentative maceration, fermentative maceration on the skins for approximately 20 days. It refines in steel for 6 months, in second passage barriques for 12 months and in the bottle for another 6 months.

Color: Vivid and impenetrable ruby.
Perfume: rich and complex bouquet where red fruits, Mediterranean scrub and spices stand out.
Taste: Savory, well balanced with good freshness. Fine and persistent tannins, pleasant finish.
