Vineyards owned by the winery located in the surroundings of Sorso (SS).
PROCESSING
Manual harvest of whole grapes, bunch selection, soft destemming, berry selection, cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation maceration on the skins for about 20 days. Aged in steel for 6 months, in second passage barriques for 12 months and in bottle for another 6 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Bright and impenetrable ruby.
Perfume: rich and complex bouquet where red fruits, Mediterranean scrub and spices stand out.
Taste: Savoury, well-balanced with good freshness. Fine and persistent tannins, pleasant finish.
COMBINATIONS
Herculis is a red wine perfect to pair with first courses of meat and grilled, stewed or baked meats.
