PROCESSING
Partial maceration on the skins for 12 hours, static sedimentation, fermentation at a controlled temperature for 2 weeks in steel. Aging for a few months in steel.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Bright rosé, with cherry reflections.
Perfume: Perfume of small red fruits, cherry, raspberry, blackberry, with floral notes and a small salinity.
Taste: Sweet flavour, notes of small red fruits and good freshness. Good structure and persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, fried seafood and vegetables, land or seafood appetizers. Seafood and vegetable risottos, light first courses.
