PROCESSING AND AGING

Partial maceration on the skins for 12 hours, static sedimentation, fermentation at controlled temperature for 2 weeks in steel. Refinement of a few months in steel.

FEATURES

Color: Brilliant rosé, with cherry reflections.

Bouquet: Bouquet of small red fruits, cherry, raspberry, blackberry, with floral notes and a little salinity.

Taste: Sweet flavor, notes of small red fruits and good freshness. Good structure and persistence.
