PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested when slightly overripe to obtain a must richer in sugars and substance. They are then transported to the cellar and subjected to soft pressing. The free-run must is started on alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature and, once the wine is obtained, it is matured in steel to enhance the fruity aromas to the maximum.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: bright straw yellow, dry.
Aroma: intense bouquet, distant hint of bitter almond.
Taste: dry, velvety.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, also ideal with tasty first courses and seafood second courses.
