The vineyards are cultivated in the heart of the Porto Conte Natural Park, a large protected oasis in Alghero.
PROCESSING
Careful selection of Cagnulari grapes, expertly harvested by hand, pressed after 6 hours of contact between skins and juice. Sparkling in an autoclave at low temperature (Charmat method) and subsequently aged for 6 months sur lie. Through this process the yeasts enhance the fruity and delicately spicy aromas, allowing the formation of a fine and persistent perlage.

Color: Bright pink with coppery reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.
Perfume: Complex, fruity with spicy notes. Bread crust and powder on the finish.
Taste: Fruity, fresh and mineral.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal to accompany all first courses based on fish, seafood, shellfish and delicate land dishes.
