The vineyards are cultivated in the heart of the Porto Conte Natural Park, a large protected oasis in Alghero.
PROCESSING
Once harvested, the grapes are ready to be made into sparkling wine in an autoclave following the Charmat method, they are aged for 6 months sur lie. In fact, the yeasts enhance the aromas and allow the formation of a fine and persistent perlage.
