Anastasìa is a pre-Nuragic temple located in Sardara, a town near Mogoro, in one of the most suitable areas for Semidano.

ORIGIN
Vineyards located on the hills in the municipality of Mogoro and surrounding towns, on sandy coastal soils and medium-textured clay-limestone soils in the low hills.
PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested manually. Short maceration of the must on the skins follows. Fermentation at a controlled temperature with the use of selected yeasts. Aging on the fine lees with batonnage for 40 days in steel.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Deep straw yellow.
Aroma: Intense, delicately fruity.
Taste: Dry, soft, savoury, fresh.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent with well-structured first courses, white meat dishes. Also perfect with seafood dishes and tasty shellfish soups.
