ORIGIN
The espalier-trained vineyards are located in the lower Sulcis, on medium-textured soils at sea level.
PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested manually in the third week of August. After destemming and crushing, the grapes are soft pressed. Fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel. Maturation in the bottle for 9 months on its yeasts.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: medium intensity rosé with fine perlage.
Aroma: fruity and floral notes, hints of bread crust.
Taste: delicate freshness that accompanies pleasant fruity notes.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent to drink as an aperitif. Perfect at the table with seafood and meat appetizers, shellfish, seafood first courses, delicate savory pies.
