PROCESSING
Vinification in steel for 15 days. Alcoholic fermentation carried out in steel while the malolactic fermentation was carried out entirely in barriques. Aged in Allier French oak barriques for 12 months and in the bottle for another 12 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: deep ruby red with brown reflections.
Bouquet: complex, with intense notes of Mediterranean scrub, accompanied by hints of berries and juniper.
Taste: broad, with smooth tannins accompanied by finely spicy and balsamic notes, the finish is long and persistent.
COMBINATIONS
Perfect for fully enjoying a good cut of beef, a barbecued entrecôte, smoked meats and a nice grilled meat in general. Also roast beef, game, wild boar, lamb chops and stewed meats.
