BOX CONTAINING 6 BOTTLES OF 75 CL
GRAPE VARIETY Vermentino
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT 13.5%
ORIGIN
Vineyards trained in counter-espalier with Guyot pruning, on the calcareous-marly soils typical of this area, in the countryside of Serdiana (CA).
PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested in the first days of September. Once transported to the cellar they are subjected to white vinification, using pneumatic presses, in order to extract the best free-run must from the grapes. The wine matures for six months in steel containers at a controlled temperature, in the presence of the peels of dead yeasts, to improve its structure. Once maturation is complete, the wine is bottled and aged in glass for a few months before being put on the market.
Suitable for resting in the cellar for up to three years after the harvest.
