Vineyards of approximately 15 years old, trained with spurred cordon in organic management. Granite weathering area surrounding the winery, Oliena.
PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested early in order to have greater acidity and lower sugar yield. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is sent to ferment in an autoclave, at a controlled temperature, thanks to a foot de couve made up of yeasts suitable for withstanding the pressure that develops in this phase.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Intense cherry pink, with light pink nuances.
Perfume: floral notes of rose and fruity notes of cherry.
Taste: notable freshness, well balanced.
COMBINATIONS
It goes well with appetizers and first courses of land, fried vegetables and fish. Also excellent as an aperitif.
