Vineyards owned by the winery located in the Tirso River Valley, Sinis Peninsula (OR).
PROCESSING
Maceration with the skins for 8-10 days and fermentation at controlled temperature, soft pressing of the marc. Aged for 18 months between barriques and tonneaux of first and second passage and at least 12 months in bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: bright, a beautiful garnet red color with ruby nuances and good consistency.
Aroma: fine and elegant, with immediately recognizable sensations of black berry fruit, spicy notes in a graphite finish.
Taste: explosive entry into the mouth, important freshness and flavour blend into a silky and floral tannin, excellent persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Perfect with strong aged cheeses and game. Try with tagliolini with partridge ragù and porcini mushrooms.
