PROCESSING
The maceration of the skins in the must is continued for approximately three weeks to allow the balanced transfer of the noble substances and color. It refines for at least 12 months in small French oak barrels and after bottling it rests in the bottle for a few months.

Color: Deep ruby red, with light garnet reflections produced by evolution.
Perfume: hints of ripe red fruits and jams, spicy notes of Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: elegant, full, soft and persistent in the mouth.
