CHARACTERISTICS
Honey is added to the must at the end of the boiling stage, giving it herbaceous-citrus veins. High fermentation.
Foam: Copious white foam. Clean appearance, light golden color.
Aroma: rich and delicate in which, in addition to that of honey (of meadow origin, with traces of orange peel), we find hints of sweet, short-cooked bread, floral (orange blossom, elderberry), fruity (apple, peach and pear).
Taste: Dry progression and dry finish.
COMBINATIONS
Asfodelo Beer is ideal as an aperitif, paired with fresh goat cheeses, fish salads with fresh vegetables, buffalo mozzarella caprese and fried vegetables in batter.
