Pozzo 3 is a low-fermentation beer produced with Sardinian chestnuts and a careful selection of malts.

Water, barley malt, hops, yeast. (Contains gluten).
ORIGIN
American Pale Ale style beer produced in Sardinia in the ancient premises of the Montevecchio mine.
CHARACTERISTICS
Foam: soft and persistent.
Aroma: malty with hints of chestnut.
Taste: delicate chestnut flavours recall the scents of the autumn forest.
COMBINATIONS
First courses of land, roast meats, braised meats, cured meats, mature cheeses and pizzas.
