Mugarò Nuragus di Cagliari 2019
The name Mugarò comes from the ancient Catalan dialect and indicated the breast, in reference to the vast rolling hills, as a symbol of fertility and abundance.

ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, concentrated in the province of Cagliari and Oristano. Rearing in expanded forms on an average calcareous soil, loose deep, consisting partly of quaternary sands.
PROCESSING AND AGING
The harvest is done by hand with the grapes within a few hours of harvesting. Vinification in steel, with controlled fermentation temperature and use of selected yeasts. It always evolves in steel, it ages on fine lees in batonnage for about 40 days. If stored in optimal conditions it is excellent even after two years.
FEATURES
Color: Straw yellow
Bouquet: full fragrance. Typically fruity and delicate aromas, hints of green apple, melon, pear and hazelnut.
Taste: dry and soft mouthfeel.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Ideal to pair first and second courses based on fish and shellfish, for example an excellent risotto with scampi.
