ORIGIN
Vineyards trained on espalier and sapling systems in the Tenuta Sa Tanca estate, on soils rich in limestone and clay at around 300 metres above sea level.
PROCESSING
Once the grapes are harvested, they macerate for about 10 days, carrying out the malolactic fermentation in glass-lined cement wine vats. Then follows the refinement, carried out first for 12 months in barrique and, after bottling, for another 6 months directly in glass.

Colour: intense ruby red.
Aroma: intense, persistent, balanced.
Taste: velvety, full, harmonious, warm, round.
COMBINATIONS
Korem is a red wine that goes well with first courses with tasty meat sauces, spit-roasted suckling pig, grilled red meat, baked lamb, quail with myrtle, dried Sardinian sausage and aged Sardinian pecorino cheese.
