ORIGIN

The winery's own vineyards are trained as bush vines on soils composed of white sand, not far from the sea, between Senorbì and Uras.

PROCESSING

Manual harvesting of the grapes, which once arrived in the cellar are started to macerate on the skins at a controlled temperature for about ten days. Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the malolactic fermentation is carried out and the wine is aged in new wood for 3 months. A final refinement in the bottle follows for three months before being put on the market.

CHARACTERISTICS

Color: intense ruby ​​red, not very penetrable.

Aroma: vinous and fruity sensations, which are then enriched by spicy hints and freshly ground coffee.

Taste: with an enveloping sip, it highlights a tannic consistency integrated into the general structure.

COMBINATIONS

Thesys is a perfect red wine to pair with grilled or braised red meats. We recommend trying it with first courses with tasty condiments, even slightly spicy.
