Vineyards of about 15 years old, trained with spurred cordon and organic management. Territory from granite disintegration surrounding the Winery, Oliena.
PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested earlier than those destined for the still wines of the cellar, in such a way as to have greater acidity and lower sugar yield. Once the base wines are obtained, they are sent for the second fermentation in an autoclave, at a controlled temperature, thanks to a pied de cuvée made up of yeasts suitable for withstanding the pressures that develop in this phase.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Intense cherry pink, with light pink hues.
Aroma: floral notes of rose and fruity notes of cherry.
Taste: Wine of notable freshness, young and well balanced.
COMBINATIONS
It pairs well with appetizers and first courses of meat, fried vegetables and fish. Also excellent as an aperitif.
