Organic vineyards of the Giogantinu winery's suppliers.
PROCESSING
Destemming-crushing, pressing, and decanting are selective for the grape's components. Alcoholic fermentation and the subsequent 5-8 months of wine maturation take place at a controlled temperature. The cold winter temperatures and natural sedimentation complete the wine's cycle, stabilizing it.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: deep straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Sweet floral scent of rose and citrus.
Taste: on the palate it recalls the taste of sweet and sour fruit.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent paired with vegetable-based dishes, but also with seafood and white meats.
