ORIGIN
Vineyards located in Loiri Porto San Paolo (Gallura), medium hill at 100-150 meters above sea level. Granite weathering terrain.
PROCESSING
The harvested grapes are destemmed and subsequently subjected to soft pressing. This is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature between 16-18°C. Refines in steel tanks for 3-4 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume: delicately fruity and floral.
Taste: Dry and fresh flavour.
COMBINATIONS
Perfect as an aperitif. Ideal with seafood appetizers, white meats and grilled fish.
