ORIGIN
Vineyards of the winery's contributing members, trained using the Guyot, spurred cordon and sapling systems in the Dorgali area, at an altitude of 350-500 metres above sea level.

PROCESSING
Manual harvest of the grapes, which are quickly taken to the cellar, where they are soft pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. The wine is then transferred to cement tanks, where it matures for a few months before being refined in the bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with light greenish reflections.
Aroma: white flowers and white-fleshed fruit such as melon and rennet apple, light notes of aromatic herbs.
Taste: fresh and savoury, delicate body, non-invasive alcohol content, medium intensity and persistence.

COMBINATIONS
It pairs perfectly with seafood dishes. We recommend accompanying it with a white mussel soup or an excellent seafood risotto. Also ideal as an aperitif with fresh cheeses.
