Vineyards owned by the winery grown on granite disintegration soils located in the surroundings of Tempio Pausania.
PROCESSING
Late harvest carried out manually in mid-October. Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 72 hours. Maturation in stainless steel vats for approximately 6 months before bottling.
If well preserved it can be consumed up to 8 years after the harvest.

Color: straw yellow, golden reflections, bright.
Aroma: wild yellow flowers, fruity, savoury and mineral.
Taste: fruity, fresh and juicy, savoury and mineral, soft and enveloping finish.
