All orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

Vineyards owned by the winery grown on hilly terrain characterized by calcareous marl, exposed to mistral winds and strong temperature variations that contribute to its finesse and elegance, Siurgus Donigala, Trexenta area,
PROCESSING
Alcoholic fermentation with maceration at a controlled temperature between 25-28°C for approximately 12-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in glass-lined cement tanks. Refining in bottle. Ageing in small oak barrels for 12 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense ruby red with garnet hues.
Aroma: intense and elegant with a pleasant hint of red fruits, spices and Mediterranean herbs.
Taste: warm, round, good structure and excellent balance.
COMBINATIONS
Senes is a red wine with a strong flavour, which needs to be paired with structured first and second courses of land, from the Sardinian tradition and beyond, well-seasoned meat and vegetable dishes and medium and long-aged cheeses.
