PROCESSING AND AGING
Alcoholic fermentation with maceration at a controlled temperature between 25-28 ° C for about 12-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in vitrified cement vats. Refinement in the bottle. Aging in small oak barrels for 12 months.
Color: intense ruby red with garnet hues.
Bouquet: intense and elegant with a pleasant hint of red fruits, spices and Mediterranean herbs.
Taste: warm, round, with good structure and excellent balance.
